The order is to be intended as a "proposal of acquisition" of the selected articles.
The payment is anticipated to the delivery of the goods:

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with the order code to be used successively as a reference number. You can cancel the order in the following 24 hours by sending an e-mail to merchandise@subsonica.it and indicating the order code.
The order is to be considered cancelled if the payment isn't reported within 15 working days from the reception of the order. The goods will be sent when the payment is reported. In the case that the goods are unavailable, a successive e-mail will be sent to you checking the order and/or cancelling it.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 10 working days of the reception of the goods as indicated in art. 5 DL 185/1999, by sending a letter through registered mail, with confirmation of delivery, to: LO SAI Srl, Via Po 52, 10123 Torino, Italy
or by sending a telegram or fax within the aforementioned 10 days and anyway followed by a registered mail letter with confirmation of delivery within the following 48 hours.
The only cost that you will have to sustain is the expense of return of the goods whole and in its original packaging. When the goods arrive at the warehouse, they will be examined and, if there is any damage or alterations, the withdrawal right cannot be exercised. Apart from eventual reparatory expenses for damage found in the goods, the entire sum paid will be reimbursed within 15 days of the delivery date of the returned goods.
We cannot assume any responsibility for the contents of the merchandise bags and so we cannot reimburse and/or re-send material (t-shirts, cds etc.) that is discovered missing AFTER the delivery form has been signed:
THE PERSON THAT COLLECTS THE PACKAGE FROM THE COURIER, BEFORE SIGNING THE COURIER'S RECEIPT, SHOULD CONTROL THE CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGE ARE EXACTLY WHAT HAS BEEN ORDERED. Practically, if anything is missing, DO NOT SIGN AND SEND THE GOODS BACK TO THE SENDER, but tell the courier that you do not collect the package and straight-away afterwards send as an e-mail of notification.
