He is the band's voice, face and melody. He is the author of some very efficacious refrains. His compelling personality is, on the stage, irreplaceable.
When he was 6 years old he showed a marked aptitude for the "pure ostentation". In fact, singing at the top of his voice on the home balcony, he used to oblige the 12 years old brother to accompany him with the guitar.
At the age of 7 he expressed his passion for live performances at the "Pineta Aurelio" camping. The selected song was: Quando io sentire odore di banana . The live set forsaw an unexpected outcome from a box with a banana bound around the neck. The audience appreciated.
The "Pineta Aurelio" camping saw him again as leading character at the age of 18 for his first band debut. They choosed the Beatles as repertory.. The following year he felt the need of composing his own music and of enlarging the band sonorities. As he was looking for a keyboards player, he run into Boosta, whose look was not so convincing (shirt as parish-boy plus his father's jacket of two size bigger). Between the guys a real friendship was born, this brought them through different music seasons and numerous wardrobe changes.
He used to listen to the Motown classics and a lot of reggae.

When he was 19 he decided that music should have been a permanent job. He entered the Centro Jazz where he studied singing for further five years and decided to abandon the "serious job" at a dentist's surgery.
Music became his life.
He started playing with various band like the Isonz Stranabanda. In 1995 he was contacted by some musicians from the Barriera di Milano district: the former Vodoo.
He started a stimulating co-operation with Vodoo. In that period he had the opportunity to experiment with radical and distorted acid vocals.
During various changing band formations, he enjoyed bands like Pornodrome and Amici di Roland (Roland's friends). With the last one he started a frenetic live activity.
He played the role of Roland. The repertory concerned the reelaboration of cartoon soundtracks, such as manga and many others, in a punk version. As they needed a keyboards player, they fished out Boosta, who came in a spinning shape with a shoulder keyboard and - this time - with a veeeeeery underground look.
During a concert at Hiroshima, a club in Turin, he met Max, who was, at that time, the club sound technician. Max subsequently contacted him as background vocalist to produce some music for bands such as Africa Unite and Fratelli di Soledad.
When Max left Africa Unite, he contacted Samuel for a strange and "not yet well-defined" project.
He is a tireless front-man on the stage, a tireless dancer on the dancehall, a tireless fans enterteiner, but he is less tireless during the van loading and unloading operations. During those difficult situations he shows a strong attitude to become immaterial.
